My DNS nameserver changes are not working!

This is due to propagation delay.

When you update the nameservers, CIRA (dot-ca), or ICANN (dot-com and other generic top level domains), or your country code delegate must first post your new nameservers across the Internet, then your new settings for DNS will be propagated across the Inernet.

This can sometimes take up to 72 hours.

Normally if you do not see a change within 24 hours in Canada, please open or respond to a closed support ticket on the matter.
