Last night, there was a disk i/o error in one of our raid arrays that caused a degrdation of service in some of our small site plan customers.
This was difficult to diagnose as it did not terminate many customers, and ftp seemed to be mostly affected.
We found the problem at around 14:00 today and fixed the raid hard drive array.
Over the past few weeks we have had issues with our webserver and have isolated it to a bad network card. We replaced this and will be monitoring the server over the next while. Our payment gateway will be conducting scheduled system maintenance on Thursday, February 17, 2011, between the hours of 2:30 AM and 4:30 AM Eastern Time. During this period, some customers may experience a "service unavailable" or "please try again" message.

We are please to announce that a new bypass switch has replaced a legacy switch in our co-location facility. Our upstream provider brought power down at 21:45 on February 2nd to install a new transfer switch in the facility.
